Starting at $140 a night 2 night min with $125 taxes and fees. Taxes and fees ruined it for me.

fees include what is called "resort fee"; the one near me is $39.99 per night; I would rather they put "resort fee" into nightly price @_@

Just wait until August 4th. They have their $84/night deals every year with decent availability through their site.

Clicked about and didn't see any $140 nights, but rather their usual overpriced rates. If you make the plunge I recommend Phoenix and CSprings. LA was fairly mediocre and Kansas City is terrible.

The Groupon price is much more than what I already have reserved. Like others above, I checked their website and it was cheaper than the Groupon price, but a little more than what I paid.

I went recently to the Poconos location and it was quite run-down. Food options were poor, and the one or two that were ok were overpriced. For the extortionate price we paid for the room, it was a disappointing experience

Also - there was a lot of construction going on, so I hope there are new amenities to go along with the rooms they're adding, because it was an overpacked zoo.

Far better prices with code PARENT. Just used it to book a night at my local GWL in May for $99 ($150 with taxes/fees). YMMV I guess.

Went to Great Wolf Lodge years ago with a friend and his family and the only thing that stuck with me was they had the worst pillows and bed linen I have ever used in my life, like by a mile. I have been in some dirt cheap Motel 6 type places in the middle of nowhere and they had better sheets and pillows than Great Wold Lodge.

I've been to GWL a couple times, good for a weekend getaway. The issue with Groupon is that the price is essentially a teaser - $140 or whatever looks good, but then when you actually select dates, Saturdays are usually not an option, and the room rates are double.
