Scroll through the customer review photos on the Home Depot page. Pic 19 of 157 shows an image of the box which looks like it can fit comfortably in an SUV if you put the seats down. Another reviewer stated it's 300lbs so keep that in mind as well.
I'm about to start renovating my backyard and was just looking at this exact one yesterday at my local HD. It's on display so you can check it out physically.
From what I was able to gather, it did seem nice. I love the double roof design, which allows for better ventilation. The netting that's included felt good and can zip up together so wind doesn't interfere, making them less affective. The zipper functionally felt decent and didn't notice it being cheap while zipping and unzipping.
Although I liked it, I thought it was just a tad bit small. I figured a 10x12 would be ideal since this is an investment, but this price is definitely tempting. Makes me wonder if the extra 2ft is worth the additional cost. I may buy now and decide later, perhaps keep an eye out on a deal for a 10x12.
Anyone have either size and can chime in on their experience? Thanks in advance!
I have a 10x12. It fits my flat top grill, a round table and four chairs. That's about it comfortably
Do you think this would hold up to heavy winds and snow?
I have this and like it a lot. I live in an area that gets a lot of snow in the winter, and have had no issues so far. As far as winds, I do also get very windy days, and no issues. I did however anchor it to the concrete.
My wife wants one of these since we live in the south and have a pool... me having to remind her we live an hour from the Gulf with hurricanes and tropical storms 😂😂😂
I have a 10x12 soft top (with the pvc(?) dark see-though top).... space wise it is good for a table with 6 chairs.. the double roof is a must, which I don't have - as it gets very hot under there.
Our house came with a gazebo with canvas top. We had to replace the top from sun damage every year in SoCal. It looked like Swiss cheese every year. This will be so much better. Thanks OP!!!!

Did they provide the pieces to anchor it to the concrete or did you buy those separately?
I was also looking at that. The 2ft difference is actually 20sqft of additional spacing, so given the investment, I say it's worth the additional $200. Just not sure about quality that's all. I'm surprised that despite it being bigger, it weighs less than this 10x10. The 10x12 is 250lbs while the 10x10 is 300lbs. Could be lighter material for the roof I'm guessing but can't verify that of course. Reviews seem good still minus the one about the roof blowing off panel by panel, although that looks to be relating to a completely different gazebo (per the response from the manufacturer).
