I think this is a much better price point for what the game offers

FYI there is a free demo on the eShop which allows you to try the beginning of the game for free and transfer your progress to the full game

Gonna rant here. I bought this game from GameStop as new online a couple days ago. What they sent wasn't new, it was literally a used copy with a big clear circle sticker over the latch with no wrap claiming it was new. With other games in the order as new, they did the exact same thing, big clear circle and no sealed wrap. Never experienced that before with GameStop, but I did the return today and actually got a new copy via this deal for the same price from Amazon. Long story short, cheers OP.

Unfortunately, Gamestop is notorious for this practice. What they do is open a legitimately brand new game, remove the contents from the case, and throw it on the display shelf, to be gawked at and molested by others. Then, when they run out of copies to sell, they will sell the "brand new" display copy.

Gamestop once used to at least shrink wrap display copies, but have moved to the more economically sensible, yet completely shameless clear sticker over the case. To make matters worse, if you break the seal on that "brand new" game, it is non-returnable.

Please don't give your monies to Gamestop. There are no better alternatives per-se, but at least you know you will receive a legitimately brand new, properly sealed copy of a shiny new game of your choosing elsewhere. Hope this helps.

That happened to me frequently when I used to buy from them. They sold me Bayonetta 2 for Wii U with just a sticker on the side "brand new" and the disc was scratched. Clearly used.
