I've got a similar one, it's the castle at Arendalle, not Elsa's ice palace. Folds the same though. These are handy for small spaces, travelling, and storing away.

Perfect for road trips. Once the kids are done playing, everything can go in the playset, dolls and all. Closes with a latch so it won't fall open unexpectedly. One of the better designed toys we've got.

I will say though, I got ours two years ago at Ollie's for 16.99. probably won't find prices like that anywhere, it was a pretty slick deal.
