Question : if I don't like the handheld vacuum and return it, is the $100 off $400 going to be pro-rated or fully deducted from the returning amount? (which is going to be zero if that is the case)

To those who used the robot vacuum... what is your opinion? How does it compare to roomba j8+ that goes on sale for $500 in terms of cleaning quality?

I have the same question. From what I gathered, costo pro-rates return values when a promotion was applied to the purchase of multiple items.

FWIW, I have a similar shark handheld vacuum and like it. The battery life is limited but it's a powerful little guy.

good to hear that, i didn't do much research on this vacuum but since it is basically free with the $100 off $400, it is a no brainer
