That's going to vary widely depending on how many people, type of hotel etc. Have young kids/babies so having a nicer view/resort was key. 4 Flights/hotel/van came out to $5700

Agreed most trackers don't even have them listed odd
They don't share their API - so they don't work with other "Flight Search engine" fare sites.
(that's my understanding of it)
Which sucks - and is what I dislike most about Southwest. I've had good luck with their service and support - and their pricing and value is often tough to beat. But the fact that I can't just say "Hey, if I leave from this airport(or this region) - what are my cheap options for this date range" sucks. It's fine if you know exactly where you are wanting to go. But if you're looking to just take advantage of the cheapest fare their offer, it doesn't come easy.
And yeah, one-way fare price promos are dumb. That's not how most people travel. And yup, it's likely going to be cheapest to leave and return mid week - so often you have to expect to have at least 7 days off. All-in-all, I don't know that I've ever found their $59 one way fare promos valuable to me.
But I'm guessing some folks have found value here!
