Obviously, returning a different item to a store doesn't work.
I requested a return shipping label and they provided one return shipping label only (for two boxes). I have called, chatted and emailed them trying to get either two return labels or some other type of resolution and they just keep saying they will elevate it but never hear back.
I filed a claim to PayPal which resolved in my favor but required me to ship it back before they would refund presumably at my cost.
I have heard a ton of stories of weights and heavy items from Wal Mart just never arriving which is fine but this has been a pain. I paid full price for these too since 55s were the only missing ones in my set.
I will try to ship one of the two packs back and see where I get.
I guess I'm just complaining but this isn't the first time Wal Mart has farked up my order and there is just no getting any support. With something heavy, it becomes annoying.
