This appears to be bare tool. Acme tools comes with the charger and usb cable. You can also save $10 by signing up for texts. Ended up being ~$80 shipped from acme. Better deal for sure.

I bought it from Amazon, and the USB PD adapter and cable are included.

Awesome find. I needed 12v via USBC for my smoker fan, and I rather use batteries that I have way too many of than to pick up a specific power brick.

Be aware that if you leave the "charger" connected to the battery it will discharge the battery
