No hot meals if you're main cabin and flying from West Coast:

If you have their business credit card, the Wi-Fi $8 charge gets credited back once a day.

I travel to hawaii a lot and I've never had to bring more than a basic carry on. Hawaii air is so much better and actually includes a meal.
