Thank you for properly disclosing the fact that it is from a 3rd-party seller. People often fail to do this and I feel that as a general rule it should be done for the sake of full transparency.

Interesting. I figured most of the products in Amazon are from a 3rd party. Is there a concern about scam or fake products from 3rd party? An honest curious question. I was thinking about getting this game.

Just as a general rule I would also check out their ratings and feedback first before buying from a seller that one isn't familiar with. As far as video games go a lot of third-party sellers will often peddle imported versions of games that were manufactured for other regions/markets when they are cheaper. In the case of the Switch it happens to be region-free but a lot of people still like to stick to the version of the game that is native to their country/region for the sake of consistency in their library as well as it also having a potentially higher value in the market.
