I was just in Costco a few days ago and noticed this on one of their "97" clearance prices. There are better security lights, sure - but I don't think there are any better ones selling for $49.97, though. Oh, and at least at my Costco, they still had quite a few of them at this price.
Features:- No Subscription Fee Required Ever
- Always Records in 1080P HD Video
- Record, Screen Capture, and Receive Instant Notifications to your Smart Device
- 3000 Lumens Extra Bright Adjustable Flood Light
- Customizable 270° motion detection zone
EDIT: For those of you inquiring about memory, I just confirmed on the side of the product box, it states that it
includes a 128gb microSD card. According to the box, the included memory card is good for up to 10 days of 24 hour continuous recording (240 hours).

Video can only be watched in the Feit app. You can connect the lights to Alexa or Google Home, but you can't view video in the respective apps.
If wi-fi connection is weak, consider using a range extender.

Generally, I would recommend this to someone looking for a budget wifi camera/ light.
I think the floodlight hardware is fine, especially for this price. I also liked the no subscription model.
I do NOT recommend the doorbell camera though.
Now I'm going to say the app is terrible, at least it is on Android. You can't easily download a video, if you want to save a recording, you have to use the app to record the recording. What I'm trying to say is if you want to save a 2 minute long recording, it's going to take you 2 minutes to save it.
I would suggest checking out the app reviews before purchasing, if you're comfortable with dealing with some of the issues, I'd say go for it. I have considered switching my cameras out for others, but I'm too cheap, and not frustrated enough with these.

The video quality is quite good for the price, and the lights are very bright and adjustable. I never get false alarms with these. I almost wish they were a little *more* sensitive to my movement, especially in the dark. More fine-tuned adjustment options would be good; there's only a few. The app works well with my iPhone. A little slow at times, but that could just be my phone.
Overall an excellent value. If you need more resolution/quality you'll likely have to pay more. If you can get these at this price, do it.

I don't think either is "premium" but for $50, you really can't go wrong. I do have it connected to a repeater since it's on the far end of the house but it has not given me any issues.
