Anyone know if there's enough adjustment play to make sense mounting upside down under a soffit?
Just use an angle adaptor

Good but lights do not TURN ON when needed. Replaced this in our front yard and have to be without light during evenings. False alarm sometimes, may be due to wind.

Don't bother with Feit. Their smart devices are crap and lose wifi connection too often. Got a Eufy which is not perfect either but at least maintained the connection a lot pre reliably.
That's an absolute lie I got 5 of these and they're amazing and worked flawlessly for over a year. Stop spreading lies. You probably work for Eufy.

Throwing in my experience, I have 2 of these installed, as well as the Feit doorbell camera.

I think the floodlight hardware is fine, especially for this price. I also liked the no subscription model.

I do NOT recommend the doorbell camera though.

Now I'm going to say the app is terrible, at least it is on Android. You can't easily download a video, if you want to save a recording, you have to use the app to record the recording. What I'm trying to say is if you want to save a 2 minute long recording, it's going to take you 2 minutes to save it.

I would suggest checking out the app reviews before purchasing, if you're comfortable with dealing with some of the issues, I'd say go for it. I have considered switching my cameras out for others, but I'm too cheap, and not frustrated enough with these.

I've had these for over a year and have not had significant connectivity issues. I have one somewhat close to the router but the other is on a detached garage on the other side of the house. Sometimes it will lose connection, but it's not often enough to be bothersome. I'm not sure which wifi type I have it connected to, though.

The video quality is quite good for the price, and the lights are very bright and adjustable. I never get false alarms with these. I almost wish they were a little *more* sensitive to my movement, especially in the dark. More fine-tuned adjustment options would be good; there's only a few. The app works well with my iPhone. A little slow at times, but that could just be my phone.

Overall an excellent value. If you need more resolution/quality you'll likely have to pay more. If you can get these at this price, do it.

This I would agree with as well.

I can't speak to these cameras specifically, but I boycott Feit because their products are Sheit. Feit LED bulbs that I bought from Costco started failing after about a year of moderate use. I had to return a Feit dimmer switch awhile back because it was junk. Feit sullies Costco's reputation for carrying quality brands.

I have one on drive way, and I felt way useful. Initially had problem in setting up and tool almost 30-40 minutes but once its set, no more issues. With this price, its really worth.

I have the eufy pro (the 360 bulbous one) on the front of the house and this in the back.

I don't think either is "premium" but for $50, you really can't go wrong. I do have it connected to a repeater since it's on the far end of the house but it has not given me any issues.

I have two of these. Never had an issue with either of them. I would buy more without hesitation, wish my Costco had them in stock.

Not just smart gadgets. I have a chandelier where all three brand new Feit LED bulbs burned out within a year. Replaced with Philips, no more problems.

Update, installed and on the opposite side from my router and working perfectly. Shows Wi-Fi signal in percentages too and I'm getting 61-80% and video and notifications work every time.

*Went to install a micro SD card in the slot and lo and behold, there's one in there already, nice.
