The dual male micro-usb plugs right next each other makes it kind of useless as-is except for their own brand power bank that it's designed for. You'd need some basic electronics skills to swap the plug to make it useful for other devices. Hopefully it's also possible to get unregulated voltage out of it.

Edit: It looks like there are 2 female USB-A outlets on the plastic box on the back which are the 5V outputs and the dual microusb male plug on the cable outputs 8V unregulated according to the picture.

Great if you are running a fan for a chicken coop or something via micro USB but the panel is 8v? You would have to jerry rig it if you wanted to maintain a 12v battery for gate openers etc .

Even if you mod the plug on this, at 8V open circuit voltage you'd need to wire at least 2 in series if you want to charge most portable power stations that need 12V input minimum.
