Holy shit how have I never come across this before. I usually get them from overseas for like $13 for the bottle, but this is even better. Such a good product to use in conjunction with tret and a nice moisturiser imho.

It is definitely good to be cautious when ordering online-- here is an article from Dec 2021 about Costco Next and mentions a collaboration with Most Inc:

For all of those wondering about usefulness of the product, Dr Dray (dermatologist) and Lab Muffin (chemist) have reviews of this product on their youtube channels. Dr Dray goes into the research that supports the efficacy of the active ingredient. Like others have mentioned, there is also a moisturizer that is on sale, and she mentions that in one of her videos as well.
