Being made by Segway and saying ninebot (as well as having those black pieces attached to the frame) made me think this could be a childs electric bike. It is not.

Its a tank. 24lbs. My kid prefers the 20lb walmart bike to the 24lb Cannondale we bought him.

You really need to be familiar with bicycle maintenance and check adjustments/tolerances frequently in order to safely operate a bicycle. FWIW I often see more egregious tuning mistakes on 'new' bikes. New or used you need to check it and give it a tune up.

Eh our 6 year old still rides a 14". It all depends on the bike though and the size of your kid. But I would recommend a 16" over a 14" to get a little more use out of it for longer

I wish! I have been looking for a bike around this size and I can find really terrible used bikes for like $50 or pretty good used bikes for $100+. I really just wanted something cheap because we have a size my kid is almost big enough for. He just needs something smaller for a short time. I can't find anything for $10
