Reviews mention it's borosilicate glass. Looks cool but I'd break it in a week.
Actually, this is a bit more relevant specifically for Pyrex and may not be a comment on manufacturing in general. Certain Pyrex glassware pieces are made from borosilicate glass, however lately more products are switching to the cheaper soda lime glass. It is known to shatter easier with temperature changes than borosilicate. The borosilicate pieces I believe are made in France

Is it heavy, and does it break easy?

Regardless, I would not trust any of these not to break in some way from dropping them.

I got this from the last sale it was on for 12 dollars~
Glass breaking seems plausible as I used it daily and am always careful. The build quality seems good enough to handle bumps and bruises. It's about 1lb on weight.
The REAL concerns on this product is actually the mouth piece. I had couple of instances where the bottle will tilt over and the cap would open, causing the whole thing to spill. The open button is not really sturdy and light touches can open it and the click when you close it isn't the most strongest and satisfying. You can remove it completely but I don't think you'll find a compatible bottle cap with this.
It's a bit tall too, taller than my yeti bottle, the cap doesn't help overall size either (+ more tipping hazard)
Color change is a gimmick, I don't know what the art is supposed to be (got the texture art version) and it really only tells of the liquid inside is slightly cold or warm.
I've used hot water as well without any issues but the bottles itself gets too hot to hold so I would not recommend.
So I would not recommend this for outdoor use, 500ml isn't enough for a lot of water + the 1lb weight makes it annoying and the worries of the locking mechanism is no fun.

So the color will change when fill in hot water, that's cool.

Cold water will activate color change. Room temp/warm water will make it go away
