The "premium" is anything but. Check the ingredients between the two. The "premium" one is filled with corn meal, it is the #1 ingredient.

Less spices, more filler. Does not necessarily make it taste "bad", just not as good. I don't understand why they have to use so much filler for what they market to be a "premium" product. Corn starch is used in the packets, but that is a thickener. Corn meal can thicken as well, but exactly in the same way.
