Weird, I was in the same boat. Ordered without knowing the care+. Chatted with rep, they were knowledgeable. Didn't budge. Had to order a new one and cancel the first one. But was successful eventually
My situation is somewhat complicated, haha. I previously ordered the QN90B at the discounted rate of $1119. It was defective so I returned it to Best Buy. I placed a second order at the discounted rate. I then placed a third order for the S95B. Apparently I've reached my limit of buying discounted TV's so I wouldn't be able to place a new order without a price match or whatever. I'm hoping the S95B works out because you can't exchange defective products at Best Buy. It's super annoying...

Edit: If the S95B works out, I'll return the QN90B. The panel is pretty clean, and the picture is bright. I couldn't turn down trying the S95B for roughly $150 difference. Lastly, I hope we can use the Samsung $200 voucher on anything on Samsung. com. In the past, you could only use credit from phone deals on mobile accessories. I wouldn't mind getting the G9 UltraWide.

Last edit: I used my wife's AAA login, and I was able to get the discounted rate, free 2 two year plan, and $200 certificate voucher after chatting with a Samsung rep. I canceled my previous order, and I should be all set. Thanks again.

Great! Find me a brand new 65" oled from LG for $1200 plus $200 store credit and I'm in! Our you could just stfu and stop thread crapping...
This is a terrific deal on an outstanding tv. I bought one for $1,260 a few weeks ago using AAA to get the EPP, which was a really good deal. And now it is even better. This tv is as good or better than any 2022 or earlier LG tv. The 2023's are coming and Samsung is clearing out the 2022's. If you want to pay 2 or 3 times this price hold out for the G3 or S95C.

mwhaha. I cancelled this cause i wanted larger. I chatted in for the free warranty. I got 2 year warranty on the 85in QN90B and it ended up reducing the price to 1700+tax plus free warranty
Wait what? DO you have proof it was knocked down to $1700? I'm chatting with samsung now.

would this also be eligible for cashback, or are epp purchases excluded?

LG offers a 5 year warranty on their top of the line panels and you don't have to beg them for it or pay extra. The fact that people keep buying Samsungs screens and also paying them extra money just to be able to fight Samsung for a replacement when it eventually breaks boggles my mind.
85in samsung I just bought 1700+tax. 83in LG c2 oled like 4000

3,200 out of their minds. Don't forget to let the rep make a cart for you and haggle for some more discounts/freebies. Always works.

You're going to love that TV. It's one of the best Mini LEDs I've laid my eyes on. I would've kept the 65" model if the S95B deal didn't pop up. I noticed some blooming in dark scenes around bright objects, but it's very minimal.

Thanks to OP.

I've combed through all the comments (5 pgs) before I pulled the trigger, so that you dont have to. Here are a list of things to consider:

1. 65" S95B = $1260 ( after checkout in the cart)
2. Adding bundle Q910B = $540
3. $200 Samsung Credits (Automatically added)
4. Professional mounting service $0 ($120 value - Rep will provide a unique code if you chat & ask. I tried 5%, Free 2 years Care, Rewards, ... nothing else worked)..
5. r-ku-ten 2% on TVs (now, may change)
6. PP 6%, But I used my Samsung Financial account - 36 months payment at 0% rate with Samsung Care+ and their exchange program).
---

HTH.

Enjoy the premature burn-in and lack of Dolby vision…

Good price. Hate Samsungs customer service to a point I don't think I'll buy another appliance from them.
My TV has a defect, I had to fight them for a week before they acknowledged it. This put me out of my replacement period. Back and forth for another week. They wouldn't budge on letting me return it (honestly I didn't want to return it if it could be fixed, it's a nice TV). They tried to fix it with software configs. This actually made my issues worse. Back and forth for another few days. They agree to send a tech out to fix it. Tech arrives, looks everything over, takes videos and pictures (I had also sent video and picture evidence multiple times to them as they would bounce me around from dept to dept), and agreed there was a problem and the main board would need to be replaced. He called Samsung to have the work approved and they immediately denied it and said there was nothing wrong and they wouldn't cover it. The Lady he spoke with, I could hear through the phone and she was an absolute jerk. Super rude, and the tech was perfectly professional. The tech is a third party contractor and not a Samsung employee.
Back and forth for another few days. Even the CS rep when viewing the video evidence agreed that it wasn't right. They finally "escalated" the issue and it's been sitting in limbo for over three weeks now. I have called to follow up many times and they just keep telling me it's being worked on.
Thank God I cancelled mine during the last deal when I heard of potential problems and fragility. It still took a few weeks and several calls to samsung customer service who I feel were deliberately dragging their feet and making things difficult to get my refund. I can't describe how terrible it is to deal with these people (3rd time in 2 years for me, hopefully never again but their products are good).

If you have not had to deal with samsung CS take this as a warning to not buy directly from samsung.
