The clock starts when you register the first key to your device(s). I've had some of these Norton keys tucked away for years and then I roll them out as one expires.

Some have said you can contact customer service and have them "stack" codes. I can't confirm how well this works, though.

Also, beware of their auto renewal stuff. The renewal rates are insanely high. I'd look into disabling that the moment you register it.

Why does anyone who has latest computer with browser adblockers need a 3rd party company's anti-virus in 2023 ?

They also require a Credit card 💳.

Correct, which is how they try to get you on the auto-renewal stuff.

Is this post a joke? Are people actually buying antivirus like Norton in 2023? Please don't, use basic windows defender and ublock origin and you'll be fine.
It comes with a VPN as well, I've found it decent for getting around geo restrictions

You can turn off auto renewal otherwise it's like 70 to $80.00 for the second year

Last time towards the end 2020, I bought 3 keys and was able to stack them on top of my existing subscription by calling the customer service which extended me to Dec24. Bought 3 more keys this time and tried to do the same and was told the policy has changed. Now they can only stack at max 2 years out. And since I didnt know that till today, they gave me an exception and were able help me stack another year this time even though i was going over the 2 year stack max. Long story short, dont try to stack more than 2 years any given time but you are able to stack them by calling them.

Total of 4 years subscription is the maximum you can have. At least that is what the rep told me today when I bought 5 keys and tried to combine them all but only used 4.

That is weird cause they told me the max one can stack is 2 years. Maybe you got a nice rep who helped you out. I already had little under 700 days left so they only let me add another year. Going to try again tomorrow to see if I can add another year with 1 of the 2 keys that i still have left.

Update: I was able to add the other two keys I have today and now apparently I am covered till Jan 2028. Guess I just needed to talk to someone who wanted to do their job!
