This air pump from Tetra is shipped and sold by Amazon. Not only is it already on sale for a great price of $3.47, but it also has an additional coupon available:

So the final price is $2.43.
Looks useful if you're setting up a small shrimp aquarium or so which should be inexpensive, or if you want to have a backup air pump on hand.

I picked it up, along with a stone set (mounted stone disc, tubing, check valve, flow control valve, connectors) for a few $$ on the same site.
Both got me digital credit for A-day delivery.
(moderators... I hope this is OK to post).
But yeah, who knows. Maybe because it's a name brand sold in USA, it has to be stated? Or more likely, they get flooded with "Is this UL Listed" questions.

also i do have a mini-pond in a 30 gallon home depot tub in my back yard w fish and plants but it's not for food, it's just relaxing and fun to tinker with..
