They have other businesses and they may send offers in the box with the cigars. I have ordered from them in the past and I do not recall being bothered by anything after the package that I received. All I know is that they do not charge for shipping and if you do your homework and not order in haste you will get really good deals from Cigarpage.com

I've never had a problem. I've ordered from just about every online cigar retailer (so I do get a lot of random cigar sale catalogs) but have never had the problems some people describe.

Well I am new to ordering from Cigar Page, some deals can be decent. They offer free shipping, but that can take up to 10+ days. I don't know about people from other areas, but in Phoenix I have had cigar packages sit in the back of delivery trucks where it can get upwards of 140 degrees. When I have gotten the cigars, they were dry, the wrapper and binders were split, and they tasted terrible. Ordering during the cooler weather is "ok", but I would LOVE the option of having 2 day express shipping, even paying extra it is with it. Cigar Page doesn't offer any shipping options. Their "customer support" rep. told me that long shipping times isn't a problem. He said that they stored hundreds of cigar boxes during covid in trailers without cooling or humidification. Maybe he has never lived in the desert with 120+ degree scorching days.

Xikar warranties their products for life. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING! I was working in Iraq and let them know a punch cutter was getting dull. I asked how to sharpen it. They replied by sending me a completely new cigar punch. Several fellow soldiers stateside had great service with them as well.
