Franchises shouldn't be allowed to opt out of advertised deals. Getting the benefits of the advertising but not offering the deal seems wrong.

My local subway operator says those deals are crushing him. Corporate doesn't care because they sell him the ingredients and basically give them away at cost leaving him just the chips and drinks for profit.

KFC near me doesn't offer this promo, but they have an all dark meat 10 piece for $12 that's not advertised.
It was offered to me through drive through when asked about this promo

Knew a guy that worked there...anytime s9meone was snotty in drive thru, he would drop chicken on the floor and place it in the bucket to serve them...

I'm sure lots of places F with ur food if ur a jerk tho..

While $10 is a good deal for 8-piece at KFC if you can get it, many grocery stores such as Kroger or Albertson's have a deli that sells 8-piece chicken for $8.99, sometimes cheaper if there is a deal. Usually the store pieces are huge too!
