Franchises shouldn't be allowed to opt out of advertised deals. Getting the benefits of the advertising but not offering the deal seems wrong.

My local subway operator says those deals are crushing him. Corporate doesn't care because they sell him the ingredients and basically give them away at cost leaving him just the chips and drinks for profit.

We used to have a KFC in my small town, they were a franchise and never participated in specials and limited time items. Sad to say they had to shutdown and no one can fighter out why…
