My kids just like the unlocking of new characters they get to play...but for $6... Pretty much one of those cars figurines you can get at target that will get lost with the others. As someone more used to Mario Cart controls, took a bit to get used to the different controls but all in i feel like I've already gotten my money's worth from a few hours playing with my 4 and 6 year olds

How is it playing with a 4 year old? Does it have drive/steer assist for younger kids like Mario Kart?
My son turned 2 last week and I got him Mario Kart 8 and a steering wheel that suctions to the table and uses the joycon's motion sensors. With the driver assists he is able to play and have a really good time, even if he's mostly just watching the scenery.
He doesn't play too well (it pains me a little to watch) but I just figure we all start somewhere! He just likes it when we can unlock a new something "together.". He def plays the paw patrol game much better (the side scrolling type).

My son is only 18 months and he's got a job with 401K and has fully funded his HSA on his own insurance, even though he's still eligible for my family plan.
He's also a two time Jeopardy winner and is planning on running for the state Congress next election, when he turns 4. And why not... He's easily more mature than the recent candidates we've seen

Is your 4 year old able to play the switch? Been thinking about getting mine one of these Leapfrog systems.

Would love to know what steering wheel you got!
Not sure how something can be leaning very close to being good and simultaneously leaning the total opposite direction toward awful.
