These bars were difficult to eat. Hard as rock, and chocolate coating flaked off causing a mess. I had to eat these over the sink

The nutrition facts are listed in the info and in one of the pictures at the top. Not the healthiest snack by a longshot. If you treat it as a candy bar consumed seldomly to hit your sweet tooth, then it's not the worst thing in the world.

Prefer the mini version of these, but I guess I can just cut these in half. Yes, lot of sugar, but I think they taste great and are perfect for throwing in your backpack when travelling
