Edit: lol why the thumbs down. Is that not the same drive? I'm not saying you should buy it on the egg, I personally bought off Amazon. Just an alternative.

The same test setup except with a different brand/model (albeit more expensive) NVMe resulted in very close to the enclosure's advertised speed.
YMMV, different computer, onboard vs enclosure, or maybe I had a bit of a lemon, though I didn't have a computer with an onboard slot to test, but again the other SSD did fine with the test setup.
Good deal for decent (advertised) speed which is why I bought it initially.
