the shoulder pads were not in the right place so no one was able to fit in. i had to look for a screw and push them back
there is a very loud coil noise when the machine is operating
I got two errors whenever I use any auto mode: 23 corex wide and 21 corex narrow. i called support and they sent me a new board to replace. they said someone will contact me to replace it for me but no one so far. so I will call them to follow up on it.
now the machine looks amazing and looks premium. you can't help but see the poor design choices and the lackluster massage options.
