Hardly. You're comparing a Compleat serving of a 7.5-10 oz tray to only 2 oz of Spam. Compare equal amounts of the two and the Spam contains far more sodium.

They have less sodium than a typical cup noodle if that means anything to you.

Imagine discussing how healthy a processed grocery item is.
Come on. You know what these are. You want them or you don't.
Stop being junior nutritionists. You aren't. You're just sad and annoying.

Yea these things last a long time without refrigeration as long as they remain sealed. But Amazon is known to put a sale on food items when they're near expiration. I wonder how close to the expiration date these are.

In those situations, they usually clearance it. Not put a coupon across multiple products and limit how many people can buy

These things are pretty disgusting. Somehow, they seem saltier than Spam. I honestly can't think of a time I'd want to eat these over something in a can.

Explain to everyone here how your "Wavy-Nife" name is not related to the OP's "Navy-Wife" name.

If I remember, these have enough sodium to preserve them until 2050

The sodium is not the problem. It's the other 50 ingredients.

It's probably more healthy to just eat the packaging.

With some items that matters with these not so much, their best by dates are purely that Best by. There is not a huge loss of quality after the fact. Mind you, there's not much quality before the fact either... These are safe to eat well past their best by dates. I really wouldn't recommend eatting them unless you absolutely positively need to (post college.) On that note hormel canned goods are also pretty much good indefinitely
