Nice to see some sales on 40 series starting.

I would still pay the extra and go with a 4090 and I did.

If the 4080 was $800 then a no brainer.

It's AMD who's braindead and can't keep up with Nvidia by performing at 8FPS with their flagshipcard at 4k RTX ON. That's the only reason why nvidia can pull that crap, there is no RTX competition for them.

Less than MSRP and a free game. I said things are starting to look better and a 4080 should be no more than $800. Oh well.

I'm curious: Would anyone consider $1,060 for Open Box Gigabyte 4080 Eagle OC Tripple fan?
It's 10% off from original price of $1240, plus 5% off for using Microcenter card.

Let's not worry about the "value" and "overpriced" nonsense - yes I know - prices are what they are at this point.

If you still get the full warranty and return time. Since it's Microcenter and you can take it back to the store if a problem than why not.
