Do your research before you take a "3-6-9" supplement instead of just Omega 3. Most people need Omega 3 and not the other two, it can actually be harmful for some.

Not a great deal -- The serving size is 3, yes 3 capsules -- so this is the equivalent of 67. Oh, and the 35% S&S discount was not offered to me anyway, but would not buy any fish oil that requires taking 3 to get what others offer in a single capsue.

Not sure who needs to hear this, but fish (especially large fish) often have high levels of heavy metals. If you take fish oil supplements ensure the manufacturer does *verifiable* testing for the presence of heavy metals and toxins so you are not ingesting them.

Yeah you have to be careful with supplements especially if you're "shopping around" and consider them fungible - some supplements will require multiple pills per dose, which really affects the price per dose. Vitamins are especially like that.
