Cheapest is the Unicorn Thermos Funtainer @ $8.15 [amazon.com]
However, these are high quality water (albeit small-ish) bottles. I live in year-round hot and these work well to keep my son's water cold. Also, the straw part is replaceable if your kid chews it up or it gets moldy.
He has a larger Minecraft one without the straw now, but the plastic piece that hooks it in cracked and the lids cannot be found easily so it's basically a paperweight.
We have a Toy Story one and it has held up for over a year, including being washed in the dishwasher at least once a week 🤷🏼 ♀️

Sometimes the rubber part of the straw needs to be pulled up to tighten the seal and it should help.

i have 3 for my 5yr old thats used in rotation daily and in dishwasher upper rack several times a week and paint is still fine. one of them is a bit leaky when side ways but that one has been dropped a few times.
