$34.99 SSD: https://www.microcenter
$374.99 GPU: https://www.microcenter
$89.99 CPU Cooler (Water): https://www.microcenter
Total now without case $789.99
the motherboard has hardly any heatsyncs.
The ssd is 250-256... pcie 4? I did a known name brand pcie 4
The GPU is probably generic not an ASUS name brand.
Memory 1 stick is going to be cheep.
Windows is free.. from microsoft. OEM builders
119.99 OS: https://www.microcenter
$ 900 plus price of case.. So, Alienware and cool case.. /shrug. good deal?
With Microcenter cpu and mobo purchase, you also get about $30-$40 discount.
Personally I would chose a micro board, to use a tiny case.
But with these specs.. You probablly could get something USED on ebay for $400-$600.
Lets think about it, you could buy another stick of ram. So 16gb.. and 256 gb ssd isn't big.. so add another.
Cool factor. YES .. but as a pc builder company as Dell/Alienware is, this would be better with a couple of discount codes lowering it from $1k.
