Site is having a massive problem with ordering. 3 browsers, 3 credit cards, and still getting "red text" errors. Even called up the sales team and it's a known issue.

Apologies for that then. I checked the price history on Amazon before posting to see if it had been this low on some price tracker, and gopro site clearly doesnt have a price history function. I personally am leaning towards getting Osmo Action 3, but thought this might be of interest to some.

Lets you auto upload photos to a cloud based service for free while connected to wi-fi. Gives discounts on most purchases in the gopro store. Not needed, but kinda cool.

u can get some discount off their accessories. the swivel clip is the one I use mostly.

and u get cloud storage. it's a pretty basic unlimited cloud storage but u can share your gopro videos with friends without messing with Youtube

To note, if you make a mistake on your order you cannot cancel. I literally tried contacting support as soon as I ordered it to fix the issue, but they still sent it out.

I had to contact them 6+ before it got escalated enough to where they actually got UPS to return to sender. Thankfully I just got my refund but that was a painful experience. Which sucks because I want to get the camera — I just don't want to deal with that nonsense again

How soon did you contact them? I just did the same thing last week, but literally reported I made an error maybe 10-15minutes after I ordered mine. CS was able to cancel my order and subscription just fine. The only thing is that I had to wait 1-2 days for the subscription cancellation to go through before placing my order again, if I want to use the same email address.

Is the 8 or 9 still one of the best entry level ones outside of clearance? I would use this somewhat for biking around my city, but also for traveling abroad... Nothing high end content wise, I'm sure, but wondering how much of a difference the newer perks like better motion stability(?) really are on this vs older more affordable models

I put my order in Sunday at 1AM. Contacted support as soon as it opened at 10AM. Multiple customer service agents straight up lied to me about the process (this was confirmed once the issue was escalated)
