I ordered this for my wife last week at this price. The bar came a bit beat up / scratched up (the phosphate surface had some spots scratched off on the sleeves and minor on the bar itself down to bare metal), else it seems to be a nice bar. I like the knurling over my other 20kg bars. Note these 15kg bars are shorter at the sleeve vs a 20kg bar.

It's lighter at 15kg vs 20kg standard, 25mm vs 28mm diameter grip, 79.1" length vs 86.36".
