Expensive filter replacement. It's an all in one filter that also contains the RO membrane.

Agree, there's no reason to replace the RO membrane every year. I change pre filter and activated carbon filter annually, but the RO membrane has run for 10 years for no problem, still reduce the TDS from 100 to 20.

I didn't like this RO system.
I have to wait at least 30 seconds and waste of water to get 1 glass of water.
Is anyone having same experience???

1) Opent the faucet
2) after few seconds display turns on
3) TDS In displays over 200
4) after few seconds TDS OUT displays some lower value from 10 to 20
5) TDS Out number increases to 80 or 100 or 120 randomly (few seconds)
6) slowly TDS Out numbers decreases from above number to 10 (few seconds)

Total time almost over 30 seconds to 1 minute.

This is exactly why this system makes no sense. There are filter components that need to be changed regularly and some that last. One filter means those components are compacted and thus less effective and efficient and you're replacing things that don't need to be replaced after 1year.

If you want a one filter solution, look at Ultrafiltration.
