Decent deal I guess. We got these for my kids for Christmas a couple years ago. It's wildly expensive when your kids can blow $1 every time they press a button (usually capturing a picture that is blurry, or just in general a terrible picture that's immediately going in the trash). Now the 2 cameras sit in a drawer after having captured probably 20 pics each. Just know what you're getting into before you give this to an 8 year old...

I have a Fuji Instax camera for myself (roughly $1/photo)
And I got a zinc instant camera (different brands make them, I have a Canon) for my kid. The zinc pics are worse quality, cheaper, and they can generally be peeled and become a sticker. very fun for kids. I also bought a ton of this zinc film during a Black Friday sale.
You're right though to warn people. It can get expensive and wasteful fast. But I think it's a good learning experience for a kid, that things cost money, not to waste, and the value of physical objects/memories.

Am I reading that it's a $1 per sheet? Seems overly priced
