I don't have the + account and I wanted to order an $1 item for pickup. It was not available but free delivery was available. They had someone drive from a neighboring Walmart just to deliver me a $1 item. Not that I'm complaining. I think the gas and time of the employee exceeds that $1 item. Lol

In that respect Walmart+ is gaining on Amazon Prime. They need to lower the membership price a bit for me to switch over. Amazon's prices on goods and availability are still slightly better than Wally though.

Walmart - almost impossible to navigate website, no way to get a properly itemized billing statement, a tiny fraction of the products offered by Amazon, difficult returns policy.
I haven't compared the amounts of products listed on Amazon vs. Walmart, and it wouldn't surprise me Amazon has more items, but I can get Walmart delivery the same day and Amazon seems to take up to a week for a lot of items even though I have a DC 10 minutes from the house and Prime.
Returns can be done in store (I know, defeats the purpose) but I had an issue with an item the other day and was refunded immediately through an easy-to-use online portal. No return required.
