Am I missing something? You can buy the Doom Slayer's Collection for $12.49, or buy each item individually for a total of $9.96.

But guessing that it's similar with Deluxe incuding something extra?

Of all these games, my favorite is Doom 3. It's the best horror game I've ever played and the best take on making the Doom universe interesting and adventurous

I think I'm going to go with just that one I can't imagine playing the newer Doom '16 & Eternal on switch hardware (though I hear Eternal isn't that bad) & nostalgia of the older ones wears off quickly.
