ICON coupon didn't work on the Locking Flex Head Ratchet and Bit Set, 35 Piece (58074). The manager thinks it's because it's a set, not a "single hand tool", but applied the discount anyway because there's literally a photo of it on the coupon.

I've had nothing but trouble with HF coupons lately. Very irritating that I wait in line for 20 minutes at the one checkout stand that's open, then spend another 10 minutes arguing with the manager about why their coupon doesn't work.

If anyone goes into the store, ask for their Spring Black Friday ad, before you buy anything. Some of the deals are better during that sale (April 14th) than they are here. For example, jack stands are 10% off right now. The 3 ton stands will be 40% off in two weeks.

Unfortunately, I threw my ad away so I can't link pictures. The employee also said you can buy the items now and price adjust when the next sale starts.

I don't follow HF deals all the time but from what I have seen this seems like a decent deal if you are looking for any of the above items.

Coupon also didn't work online for the Icon pliers wrench or another cheaper Icon pliers. Must be a problem with the Icon coupon in general.

Yeah, tried online for the pliers wrench because the closest in stock is 45 minutes away - comes back invalid.

I added 4 ratchets to my cart - one by one- and the coupon would say ineligible for all but one of them. There must be an issue with the coupon. I'm going to try my luck in person since the wording is very clear "no exclusions."

Thanks for the "no exclusions" affirmation. Pretty sure that means exactly that. They should send anyone who had to argue a paycheck for part-time, since they had to work for it. Glad I know all this in advance.

Someone please update if they fixed this coupon issue. I want that kit but my store is not very accommodating.

Had the issue in store for the 1/4 ratchet kit, but the manager added the coupon without me even asking. They knew it should work as the picture is on the coupon lol

The coupon says "Limit 1 coupon per customer per day." It's working as it should as it'll only apply to one item in your cart.

Thanks for the reply but maybe you didn't read the bold part of my post where I said I tried the coupon one ratchet at a time. At the time of posting the coupon was not working properly.
