I was feeling a little bit of buyer's remorse when I saw this deal as I too, like the OP, bought a 150W inverter this week and would've liked to have gotten the light, battery, and radio for only an extra $30.
After looking into it further, I actually purchased the RYI150CVNM model for $99.00 that comes with a dual port wall charger and USB-C to USB-C cable. The one I bought is the newer model of the inverter which has 18W fast charging at the USB ports vs the older one (RYi150BG) that is included in this combo, which I am unsure if the USB ports are fast charging or not.
That being said, most people will be purchasing it for the 120V plug port as I was so if I was just purchasing it now, I probably would buy this combo but at least I can justify to myself that I have the newer model.
So for example I don't need a separate charger to charge the unit I can just bring the power inverter and it's USBC based wall charger which will charge not only the Ryobi battery but has a separate USB-A port on it so I can charge another device. It doesn't seem like that big of a difference to many people perhaps but while camping it was nice to be able to go to the clubhouse or whatever and charge my cell phone while simultaneously charging the Ryobi battery pack and not have to carry a spare 18 volt Ryobi battery charger.
also while convenient realize that the lantern function isn't the brightest on the newer unit and it seems to be the same lantern unit from this post.
All that being said if you don't care about being able to charge a battery without bringing along an additional charger this is a great deal considering you get other goodies. I'm guessing they're clearing out stock of this model and possibly the models of the radio and the lantern.
