I bought this one and it's junk. Broke quickly and is basically unrepairable. Lots of issues on Google/YouTube. Sorry to share the news but I hope you have better luck!
Great, our 5yr old Shark hadn't been the same since our kid tried to vacuum up his cup ol noodles he spilled.

I bought this refurbished for about $100 in November. It's a good vacuum. Not crazy loud either. I'm happy with it.

Can someone help me understand the condition? Are these used vacuum cleaners or more like factory seconds?

That's what I'd like to know about it. Big difference between cosmetically touched up and actually used several times in various environments lol.

"Hey, you there! These items are expected to have a moderate level of wear & tear including (but not limited to) scratches, dents, and dings. Outside of their physical appearance, they have been tested to be in full working condition."

With that said — it could be a BNIB return item that's repackaged, or a legit used item that's repackaged… 🤷🏻

Thanks. Grabbed the corded stick vac. Figure a duoclean for that price will be perfect for our house with only a few rooms with carpet.

Update after purchasing:
I bought the shark pet plus cordless from this deal. The vacuum had some wear and tear including some dents on the long extension (doesn't affect performance so I don't care), marks on the front of the main attachment (again doesn't affect performance), some marks on the vacuum itself. The only concern I had was that part of the fin was already ripped, but was patched to reinforce and repair the rip. If anything I think this improves the durability in that area, but we'll see as I continue to use it. All the included attachments as well as filters were new though.

Another annoying thing I found is that since this isn't doesn't have the fuzzy roller, the vacuum doesn't do well at the front edge even with the max suction. I had to use the attachment to clean the edges and corners of areas.

Overall happy with it at this price point compared to other options (hoping to get the stratos or vertex). It was my first cordless so it confirmed I like the convenience, especially for an apartment vs house. No tangles with long hair after a full clean. The vacuum was heavier than I thought though and my arm was tired after 20 minutes of usage.
