When you do the 2 games for $100 deal on eShop, does it automatically load to your switch or give you a code?

I'm wondering if I could buy one game for me and put another on a different switch.

Also wondering if a DLC on eShop still works if I buy a digital copy of a game I already have on cartridge.

Has to be same account. If you have a family plan then you can if both switches are on the same plan

Seems like you could also use the gift cards to buy Xbox live gold then convert to gamepass. Day late for me since I bought the live codes direct from Costco, but a nice way to save a little extra $
