The curved model is also the same price.

If curved is what you're looking for, I'd still spend a few more dollars on the Dell S3422DW (or wait for discount), as I couldn't quite get a good feeling from the reviews on this model series from Gigabyte.

S3422DW is 100Hz...
S3422DWG is 144Hz.

Not sure how much of a difference there is, but S3422DWG uses a VA panel vs an IPS with Gigabyte. There's potential for smearing and worse colors on VA. Just something to consider.

34" you really need curved. I think 32" is as much as you would want flat. I have a 34" flat and wish I got a curved it's just a little too far at the ends if sitting close.

To further clarify the conversation, I think the G34WQCA is what Epiphany was referring to. The G34WQCA is currently $379.99, but it was $369.99 *plus* a 10% off coupon for Prime members literally earlier today. I know this because I bought it for a friend who was looking. The all-time low was $299.99, but the lowest price in the last 6 months was $329.99. That's why I jumped when it was $332.99 after the Prime discount.

FWIW, I can confirm the "G34WQCA" *does* support Xbox Series S/X 1440p @120Hz (which is a very rare feature in 34" curved monitors - only the G34WQCA, the S3422DWG, and one ViewSonic monitor can do this at under $500). But the previous "G34WQC" model did not, per the Rtings review:

I paid $299 for essentially the same model (G34WQC A) last April. These prices, wow.

You were the lucky one. That sale was very short.

Yeah, I was. I got two and kick myself for not getting a third (I have a 34" Predator) so they'd match and align properly, lol. First world problems.

And these panels have been great. Color can be dialied in really easily and looks really good.

Looking for a good monitor that I can use vertically and pair with my two Dell 3320s (curved). Any recommendations?

i have this monitor sitting on my desk now, feels fine to me.
it's all personal preference. i am used to a 32'' (2560x1600) at work, that surrounded by 27s.

i'm actually waiting for another Used Like New to drop to ~300$ (i paid 299$ for the one i got last year), bought a retail at 399$ and the used like new 299$ to compare and kept the cheaper one. looking to grab another to throw on the wall above it.
