Wtf. I got this last Christmas for $150. Admittedly a last minute gift, such a deal now. Kids love this, and works as both solo practice and playing as a game
For the passing practice, wouldn't it be better to just practice against a concrete wall? From the video, it seems even if you pass towards the net really hard, it still bounces back at a low speed.

My thoughts exactly. But then again, I wouldn't practice with pro balls against a concrete wall. Which of course not the balls everyone practices with anyway. But my situation would call for these nets. The regular $15-$25 balls are okay though.

When practicing solo you can simulate a give and go (a 1-2) in the middle of the pitch or anywhere. Concrete walls are not so accommodating.

Easier to buy this than to build a concrete wall in your backyard though?

How easy is it to setup and breakdown? Easy to pack it back up to a smallish size to store?
