Big fan of cold water but electrolytes drinks work best after playing some ball in my experience.

Seems not bad if you're active and want something on hand. Personally, I'm waiting for more of those Nuun(?) tablet sales

The whole "20 calories" "18g carbohydrates" thing is kind of hilarious, never seen that one before, body armor rep commented in one listing saying it's due to the erythritol (sugar alcohols) and stevia that they put in, despite the "no sugars added"...which may or may not be technically correct, I don't know, "sugar substitute" and/or "sugar alcohols" at least for sure, kind of shady.

How about looking up Stevia and having some concrete knowledge before saying it's shady?

how about I know what stevia is and nowhere did i say it is harmful, but how bout I think it's a shady business practice that the company says no sugars added and otherwise doesn't clearly disclose the added sugar substitute despite marketing the product as healthy, etc., with no sugars added. how bout you slither back under your rock bruh?

It says no added sugar which is correct. Nothing shady. Common practice.
