Buying the 140w charger. Recently 2 year old UGreen 100w charger stopped charging my dell inspiron laptop. Reached out the customer service and they refunded 100% back. So I m getting another one now. Customer service is great.
Inferior to what? Apple? Yeah, just so long as it works, has passed UL/ETL testing, and has a decent guarantee then I don't see the point of wasting your money unless you want to do some superficial bragging (in which case you'd seem pretty pathetic for treating a charger as a status symbol).
Anker all the way for me. They have not disappointed thus far. 😌
Yes on their charging devices and cables. No on their Eufy line of security cameras. They were uploading videos to their server unencrypted. They finally admitted and then fixed it.
Amazon[amazon.com] has UGREEN 30W USB C Charger, Nexode Foldable GaN Wall Charger Block Power Adapter, PPS Mini Charger Compatible with Galaxy S23 Ultra/S23, iPhone 14/13 Pro Max, MacBook Air, iPad Pro, Google Pixel 7 Pro for $11.99 (from $19.99) with code 10NEXODE.

Item that fails with good customer service or item that doesn't fail with irrelevant customer service
It's a choice 🤷
I bought the 140w charger last year, it has worked out well and charges everything quickly. I have 1 port hooked up to a Samsung 3 device wireless charger, and the other two ports to open USB C cables. One "quirk" is it seems to restart all connections when a new device is connected. The wireless charger lights blink like it was just connected, any phone will show the charging icon reappear like it was just plugged in.
I know ugreen is starting to seem like a shill job, but I've been happy with their stuff. It's really all about price to me though. If they go up much more, I'll start looking for another cheap Chinese product to use.
I was looking for the "UGREEN USB C Charger 65W Nexode 3 Ports", The 2nd link from this post but it looks like this Baseus Charger[amazon.com] is better. Can anyone share their input? All these GAN chargers and their specs are so confusing to me and I guess that's a similar case for many people who want some decent charger that can charge their phone and watch at the same time. I am looking at the 65W one so that I can charge my MBP 13" as well but not simultaneously with my phone or charger.
Also, the below tips from UGREEN kinda threw me off, and not sure why even the way to charge should matter. "Tips: When charging low-power devices such as iWatch
We recommend using the USB-C port first or only the USB-A port to charge your low-power devices. It is not recommended to use USB-C2 and USB-A ports at the same time if you want to charge Watch with USB-A port."
It's the way the power is distributed across the ports, you'll end up reserving more power for low power devices, while starving the high power ones.
Also with the Apple watch in particular. Make sure the watch is "on" the charger before connecting a laptop. If you add the watch later, it can throw off the power distribution. Anker has these warnings as well

So what? These are the best prices so far, and Ugreen's customer service is way better than Anker's which makes basically the same products in the same OEM factory in China.
Agree, as far as it goes. UGreen today is what Anker was 5 years ago.

This is a major negative across most of these brands. Some of the recent Ankers - the wall plugin surfer protector in particular - are worse , in that you have to unplug one cord completely and then plug in the other. Its turned me off Anker products. Mind you, the Berlin and Apple and even (gasp!) the Razer charger that do work the way you expect - well, they are orders of magnitude more expensive.
I just want a small, reliable, 3x usb-c + 1x usb-a charger that sends 20w to each usb-c port and doesn't require fumbling with unplugging cords each time. Bonus if it's UL listed and certified to all the US and European standards, so that I know it won't burn my house down.
Apparently that combination is almost to find, or costs an arm and a leg.
This 45w charger @ $17.99[amazon.com] supports Samsung Super Fast Charging 2.0 with PPS 2.0 and PD 3.0 standards. For anyone that can support more wattage for fast charge. My Galaxy S23 Ultra charges blazing fast with this. I get 60% charge in about 15 minutes. Its not GaN so its a bit larger but not huge. Been using it 9 months with zero issues on S22+ S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra.
Much smaller brand with few reviews.
Besides, S23U takes at least 20 mins to have 60% of charge.

You should get the 2-port 40w from Belkin, it's 20w each port

Wonderful, don't buy it. Sorry my usage guess was off by an entire 5 minutes with my phone never reaching 0%. Why don't you provide a 45w option for those that want Super Fast 2.0? This was not a like for like product. It was for those needing MORE WATTAGE.
Only 1400+ 4.5 star reviews, what a let down.
