Are you employed by ugreen or something? I have tried 5x to reach customer service and I have yet to receive a single response. They make trash products and even worse customer service to boot.

I would never recommend a ugreen product even to my worst enemy.

I have personally had to contact anker and aukey for a couple of occasions and both of those companies have absolutely fantastic support compared ugreen.

Only 1400+ 4.5 star reviews, what a let down.

The listing you posted doesn't even have the official storefront for that brand. And the store selling it looks messy comparing with UGreen's official store.
Also if you look at the images from reviews, not so good at quality control.

At least for me I won't risk to choose the unknown brand to save 5-6 bucks.

While I do agree that it's obnoxious seeing Ugreen stuff shilled here all the time, I generally don't get the distain some people have them. I've had a few of their products over the years, including one of these chargers, and they've all been higher-than-average quality.

I usually see them as a small step down from, say, Anker, but a step up from just about any other cheap Chinese brand.

Same here. I've had a Ugreen 20k mah portable charger for the last 4 years and it works incredibly. Bought another 2 last year and they're all flawless. I like Ugreen. Great for the price.

My coworker bought the 140w adapter with a usb c cable but couldn't charge his HP Zbook G8 laptop. I also have a G8 laptop and want to charge it via USB-C port but after his experience, I am not sure if this 140W adapter can deliver.
The laptop can be charge with a Dell hub via USB-C port.

Exactly my point. It's one thing coming in and posting your experience, but coming in and just thread crapping is childish.

But then again, go to any Apple deal and you get the same thing. It's really hard for any adult to understand that level of vitriol over technology.

I've had 2 of the 100w ones for several months and haven't run into any issues with charging or the rate of charging.
