I've had great success buying a Mama Cozzi brand 16" 5 cheese pizza at the local Aldi for $5.99 - this weighs almost 2 and a half pounds. I add a head's worth of chopped garlic cloves with a half pound of sliced cremini mushrooms, both drizzled with olive oil though I have added pepperoni before. It is a great value for the money and tastes great and lasts two people 2 days unless you're starving. I've included a picture attached of the one I baked this past Friday. Yeah, you may notice the cayenne on the side as I also add that, powdered basil and oregano.
p.s. You might think you couldn't pick up a slice of a pizza like this but it holds together just fine.
