Not really any reviews yet on this and I haven't taken mine out of the box yet since it's not yet the season but I've had different Hisense products throughout the many years and never had an issue before.
I recommend to anyone that doesn't know much about the different between single and dual hose and wants to learn, go watch Technology Connections video on Youtube about portable air conditioners. Very interesting and informative.

On my lawn it takes around 20-30 min to mow everything thing (self-propelled and mulching) and it doesn't get to the second battery. Also it's smart enough to use extra power when it needs it. It's my first lawn mower but overall very satisfied with my purchase.
Also check with your state - you may have an additional rebate for buying an electric lawn mower so extra savings on top of that

Also, the Snapdragon Miso Ramen cup noodles that are on sale again this month are pretty terrible. Definitely do not recommend. The pho by the same company is great, I don't know how they dropped the ball so hard on cup ramen instead.

I'm expecting my 2nd use of the mower to be better than the first due to grass was high on first cut of season. Had to charge after cutting my front yard then charge twice to cut my back yard. I would say it wasn't bad, one thing I didn't notice if the unit sped up on it's own to keep from bogging down... seems like placing in the higher speed (turbo) is only manual.
