Foresight also has a sale on the Eagle Plus Package. As far as I can tell the only difference is the Clubhead Measurement add-on ($4k upgrade) plus it has $950 for shipping while Costco has free shipping. I messaged Foresight for details to see if there are any other differences. I'll post back what I find out.

Much better deal with Costco last time this surfaced. Foresight won't tell you all the benefits but the maps/courses alone makes Costco worth it. You can add club data after tax-free as well I believe.

I believe you're right but it may depend on what state you're in. Some states it would be considered software which is non-taxable. I would still do some research on your particular state but this should give a decent idea.
