The "2023 Florida Flyaway" Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on April 4, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 2, 2023 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

Each entrant ("Entrant") must (a) be a legal permanent resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Florida, Rhode Island, and New York), (b) be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, and (c) reside within one hundred (100) miles of an airport from which Spirit Airlines, Inc. ("Spirit") operates regularly scheduled flights to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), Orlando International Airport (MCO), Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), or Tampa International Airport (TPA) ("Selected Destination").

Limit of one (1) entry per person.

Each Grand Prize is inclusive of a trip ("Trip") for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest ("Travel Companion") as follows:

Destination 1 (FLL): Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) (ARV $4,140). This Grand Prize Trip includes:
